吊單桿
飯後靠牆站試了一排,
好悶又好似成效不的大,放棄了。
近期愛上了吊單桿,
由只能維持
10
下到現在
50
下,
好有成功感,
這個運動對脊椎側彎的矯正有很大的幫助呀!
