芥蘭頭
昨天和同事午膳,其中有一味菜是「肉片炒芥蘭頭」,
桌上居然無人認識「芥蘭頭」這種非常有益的蔬菜,
它可以生食做沙律,炒肉片,煲湯,做酸菜,
還可以醃製成大頭菜,
可塑性很高。
大家不防多吃。
