IHerb

 

I found a very good organic skincare "Cocokind" in New York but they do not sold in HK nor can I buy it through internet.  However, a few items of their products can be obtained through "IHerb" (free shipping for purchase over US$40.)  I ordered a few items last week and they arrived HK in just 2 days which is perfect.

The turmeric that I bought from O'Farm is HK$46 but through "IHberb" it's only $32 which is much much cheaper.  There are thousands of items there including supplements.  Have a look.

打死不離歌星夢

 

很喜歡阿米爾罕的電影，有意思，又幽默，發人深省，

每年一部的作品我必不會錯過，

每套電影都令我落淚，

是感動的淚，是狂笑的淚，

也引發很多思緒。

吊單桿

飯後靠牆站試了一排，

好悶又好似成效不的大，放棄了。

近期愛上了吊單桿，

由只能維持10下到現在50下，

好有成功感，

這個運動對脊椎側彎的矯正有很大的幫助呀！

芥蘭頭

昨天和同事午膳，其中有一味菜是「肉片炒芥蘭頭」，

桌上居然無人認識「芥蘭頭」這種非常有益的蔬菜，

它可以生食做沙律，炒肉片，煲湯，做酸菜，

還可以醃製成大頭菜，

可塑性很高。

大家不防多吃。

最奇怪的喪禮

朋友去了一個很奇怪的喪禮， 
大家姐說她父親臨走前信了主，所以前部份用基督教儀式
但靈堂是道教裝飾，一班道士在塲滿天神佛，
但大哥一家是日本教，穿著日本孝服 ，
塲面十分混亂.

紐約唐人街的老人中心

這是位於紐約唐人街的老人中心，由市政府管理，費用全免，很多人在裏面打麻雀，玩咭，打天九，跳舞，唱大戲，各式其式。午餐1.25，非常便宜。有免費空調，又可結交朋友，不失為一個好的聚腳點。
