飯後靠牆站
原來飯後靠牆站立可以減肥
,
減少脂肪的堆積,
一周就會開始見到效果,
不僅能瘦腰,
而且腿部、脖子、臉部也能變瘦。
大約
2
個月左右效果就會非常顯著。
我一定會試 :)
