伸展運動
媽媽以前住的安老垸分三班制
07:00 ----- 15:00
早班
13:00 ----- 22:

日班
22:00 ----- 07:00
夜班
每更開始前先交更大概半小時,
交待每位院友的狀況,有什麼特別需要留意,
跟著是
10
分鐘伸展運動,
因為照顧長者需要體力,很容易扭傷,
筋骨靈活,工作便可順暢,
其實我們都應該仿效,工作前来過輕鬆拉筋。
